Indo Warehouse in Dubai is one of the most anticipated bookings this October, and on Saturday 17th, Kahani and Kunal Merchant join Skyline Saturdays at what DJ Mag has ranked the number one club in the Middle East. For years, the pair built Indo Warehouse as a world before they built it as an artist, with a mission to reimagine what South Asian identity could look and sound like on a modern dance floor.
From New York’s Underground to a Global Movement
Four years ago, Indo Warehouse emerged from New York’s underground and quickly spread far beyond it. What began in warehouses and late-night gatherings evolved into a global community, helping define the rise of Indo House and bringing a new generation of South Asian voices into contemporary electronic music.
The Founders Step Into the Spotlight
Now, for the first time, Kahani and Kunal step fully into the project themselves as a recording and touring duo. Their music sits between memory and futurism, weaving hypnotic club rhythms together with folk traditions, cinematic storytelling and sounds carried across generations and continents. Drawing as much from migration, ritual and diaspora as from the dancefloor, their records feel equally at home in headphones, warehouses and festivals.

The journey has already taken Indo Warehouse from New York’s underground to Coachella, Ibiza and Fabric London, Day Zero and stages across five continents. Yet the music feels less like a destination than a continuation, another chapter in an evolving body of work exploring culture, belonging and the future of electronic music.
