Can we check in prior to our booked timings and check out a bit late?
Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out out is 12 noon. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
At what distance is the resort from the airport?
You can reach us within 35 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport (35km) and 70 minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport (120km).
Do you provide transportation facilities from the airport/hotel?
Yes, we offer airport transfer services. The one-way price is AED425 for our hotel Tesla.
Is there a need to pre-book airport-to-hotel transportation?
Yes, you will need to let us know if you require an airport/hotel transfer.
Does the hotel provide parking?
Yes, complimentary valet parking is available for guests using the hotel facilities.
Guests not using the hotel facilities, however, accumulating a minimum check amount of AED100 will not be charged for parking. Otherwise, AED50 for six hours and AED30 for every additional hour, as well as AED200 for overnight parking will be charged.
Will I be required to pay a security deposit?
At check-in you will be required to pay a pre-authorisation via Credit card or cash deposit. This is held for any incidental charges like restaurant dining, beverages or telephone charges which you may charge to your room during your stay.
If there is no outstanding balance at the time of your departure, the full amount of security deposit will be refunded to you.
At check-in, guests will be required to pay a pre-authorisation amount to cover incidental charges such as dining, beverages or telephone charges. This can be paid via a credit card or cash.

If you prefer to provide assurance with your credit card then a pre-authorisation of the room stay and taxes + AED500 per room per night will be charged to your credit card. If you are making the deposit by cash, then it will be room & taxes + AED500 per room per night plus an additional AED500 deposit as a guarantee for damages.
Via Credit Card
The credit card must be under the name of the guest who has made the booking unless you have arranged with the property prior to arrival. While checking-in, you will be asked for your credit card and our staff will request an authorisation for the available money. No amount will be deducted from your credit card during the process (unless otherwise advised by the reservation staff).
While checking-in at the resort, you will be requested to pay the full amount of your entire stay (less the deposit already paid), upfront. If we do not find any outstanding charges at the time of check-out, the security deposit will be returned to you in full.

It is a legal requirement to show your valid government-issued photo identification (Passport or Emirates ID) while checking-in. This is applicable for every individual staying in the room with no exceptions.

Do you provide a concierge service?
Allow us to take care of your stay with us from start to finish through our dedicated concierge service and FIVE Life Experiences desk. Our concierge can arrange table bookings, transportation - including airport transfers - and other special requirements.
Those looking for something a little different can visit our FIVE Life Experiences desk, located in the lobby. This dedicated service offers a wide range of activities from dune bashing in the dessert to cruising in the Arabian Gulf, skydiving and city excursions. Guests looking to dine in any one of our restaurants, lounges and nightclubs can also make direct bookings at our F&B desk, also located in the lobby.
What kind of attire is needed inside your property?
Smart casual, business attire, national dress. Swimwear is appropriate on the beach or around the swimming pool and spa area
What is the recommended currency?
United Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED)
All guests checking in or visiting a hotel room must register themselves at the check-in reception. To register, please present a valid physical identification card, such as passport or one of the below:

What kind of cushions and pillows are provided in the guest rooms?
You can choose from our comfortable pillow menu range. Our pillows are microfibre-filled and hypoallergenic.
What categories of guestrooms and suites are available and what are the differences in them?
We offer Superior and Luxe Rooms, plus a range of Suites. You will get a stand-alone bathtub and shower in all rooms and a separate living room is available in all suites.
Does the rate include breakfast?
This depends on the type of package you have selected. All Bed & Breakfast guests receive complimentary breakfast. Room Only guests will be charged for breakfast.
Are there mini-bars in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms have fully stocked mini-bars. We call them refreshment centres which have been custom designed to complement the room interiors.
Do you have high speed internet services?
Yes, the entire property has fast Wi-Fi available.
Will my cellphone receive coverage inside the hotel?
Absolutely. Our guests have good network coverage throughout the hotel
Are there shopping facilities within the hotel?
On the ground floor and in The Spa there are shopping and gifting choices for a variety of purposes. Some of the world’s most famous shopping centres are close to the hotel.
Does the hotel assure full security?
All rooms feature a market-leading inbuilt, reliable electronic card lock, plus manual dead-locking system
Is there the availability of consulates nearby the hotel?
Yes, Dubai and Abu Dhabi have representation of most countries either by embassy or consulates.
Will I have to pay any service charges during my stay for dining or spa treatments?
There is a 5% value-added tax + 7% municipal charge for stay + 10% service charge for dining and spa treatments, plus an AED 20 tourism charge per bedroom, per night.
