Not to mention the award-winning menu is MSG-free and all poultry is organic, Chef Bing also uses ingredients to accommodate those who are gluten free. Amongst a wide selection of signature dishes a few of our faves are Chef Bing’s peking duck, king crab meat in chilli and tomato sauce or black pepper sauce, kung pao lobster and poached okra in ginger sauce.
